To increase the concentration in resistant starch in the potatoes, make sure they are cold before you eat them. During this diet you should make sure that you reduce your calorie intake to 1400 kcal daily.
Here is the 3 day meal plan for this diet:
Day 1:
Breakfast: One boiled potato without any salt added and one glass of yogurt
Lunch: Two boiled potatoes without any salt added and one glass of yogurt
Dinner: Two glasses of yogurt
Day 2
Breakfast: One glass of yogurt
Lunch: Two boiled potatoes without any salt added and one glass of yogurt
Dinner: One boiled potato without any salt added and one glass of yogurt
Day 3:
Breakfast: One boiled potato without any salt added
Lunch: One boiled potato without any salt added and one glass of yogurt
Dinner: One glass of yogurt
NOTE: French fries are not an option in this diet because they are not a healthy food like boiled potatoes for example. This diet should not be used more than 15 days.
