Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Clean the outer layers off the garlic and cut off the top of the bulb. Take a piece of tin foil and lay the clove flat on it. Then take an equally big piece of parchment paper, put it on the foils top and then place the garlic on the parchment paper.
Sprinkle some olive oil on the garlic and wrap them with the foil. As soon as the oven is ready, put them in and roast for about an hour. Then unwrap the garlic and wait until it cools down a bit before consuming it. Squeeze the bulbs gently to remove the cloves.
