- Save and overly salty dish

Take a handful of wheat, put it in gauze and tie it. Then add the gauze in the pot and boil it for a few minutes. This way the excess salt will get absorbed by the wheat. You can also add a peeled potato and boil it for a few minutes. Once the potato is boiled remove it from the pot and your dish will be less salty.

Everyone wants to prepare a delicious meat which is moist and tender. Marinade is the key to success. It is important to tenderize the meat before you cook it so soak it in mayonnaise and spices and leave it for a while before cooking it.

This is a very simple but also a very useful trick. Cold dishes such as ice cream should be put into cold plates and hot dishes should be placed in hot plated. You will intensify the flavor of the dish if you adjust the temperature of the serving plate.

Even though mashed potatoes don’t seem as a challenge, there is a trick that will help you make them delicious. It is very simple, instead of cold milk; add boiling hot milk while preparing them. This way they will turn very creamy.

Cut the top of the bread in cubes and add grated cheddar cheese in between. If you prefer, you can also add garlic, onion, mushrooms, bacon and various spices. Bake the bread for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven on 230 degrees.

Using sharp knives in the kitchen can be very dangerous sometimes. To prevent the knife from slipping and cutting yourself add a few rubber bands on the handle.
- Remove smell from the dishes
Fish or onions usually leave a smell on the plate that can be difficult to remove. To remove the odor from foods soak the plates in white vinegar for a few minute and then wash them as usually.
