Ingredients:
- Miso, bone or vegetable broth.

- Vegetables such as spinach, leek, onion, carrot, kale, zucchini etc.
- Starchy vegetables such as acorn squash, parsnip, beet, potatoes etc.
- Protein in the form of beans, lentils or nuts.
- You can also add olive oil, ghee, coconut, avocado or other ingredients.
Broccoli detox soup
Ingredients:
- 5 cup of broccoli florets
- 3 chopped celery stalks
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup of spinach or kale
- 2 peeled and chopped carrots
- 2 cups of vegetable or bone broth
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of collagen
Preparation:
Start by heating the coconut oil in a pot. Then, add the celery, onion and broccoli. Cook for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally and then add the broth. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the soup becomes thick and even.
Carrot and ginger soup
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of chopped carrots
- 2 chopped onions
- 6 cups of vegetable and bone broth
- 3 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- onion, black pepper and sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or ghee
- 2 tablespoons of collagen
Preparation:
Boil the ginger, carrots, garlic and broth in a pan and then leave the mixture to simmer. Sauté the onions, add the ghee and cook the ingredients until the texture becomes caramel-like. Blend the broth and onions for a few minutes and then add the seasonings and coconut milk.
Red lentil soup
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of coconut oil, ghee or olive oil
- 2 chopped sweet potatoes
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped carrots
- ½ cup of rinsed red lentils
- ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon of chili powder
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- 5 cups of vegetable or bone broth
- 1-inched minced ginger root
- Black pepper and sea salt to taste
- Coconut cream
Preparation:
Warm the olive oil in a pot on medium heat. Then add the apples, carrots, potatoes and onions and then cook them for 10 minutes. Add the cumin, broth, chili powder, lentils and paprika and heat until the mixture starts to boil. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes or until all the ingredients become softer. Once the soup is thick enough, let it simmer for a while and then add the coconut cream.
