- 1 medium beet
- 1 small carrot
- 1 apple
- juice from 1 lemon
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly because this recipe does not require peeling them. The peels are where many important nutrients hide.
Slice all of ingredients into small pieces and blend with the lemon juice for about 1 minute. The mixture should turn creamy but if it is too thick, add a little water and blend again.
You should drink it in the morning on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before breakfast. You can take another glass before going to bed.
