Ingredients:
- 3 oz. of boiled water
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of ginger
- 8 oz. of warmed non-dairy milk
- some honey
Preparation:
Heat the milk over medium heat. Boil some water in the meantime and transfer it in a glass. Add the cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and matcha in the water and whisk to blend the ingredients together. Put the heated milk in a mug and then add the other mixture. Add the honey and drink.
- Paleo sports drink
This is a much better option than Gatorade.
Ingredients:
- 2-inch piece of peeled turmeric and cut into 5-6 chunks
- 2-inch piece of peeled ginger and cut into 5-6 chinls
- ½ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 tablespoons of raw honey
- Filtered water
Boil the water, ginger and turmeric in a small saucepan. Lower the heat and leave the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes. Afterwards, remove the saucepan from heat and add the honey. Leave the mixture to cool for a while. Remove the ginger and turmeric pieces and transfer the mixture in a jar with a lid. Add 2 cups of filtered water and the lemon juice. Stir and drink immediately and store the rest of the mixture in the fridge.

Try this healthy alternative to soda.
Ingredients:
- ¼ of a large pineapple
- 2-3 large carrots
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- sparkling mineral water
Preparation:
Juice the carrots and the pineapple and transfer it in a glass. Add the turmeric powder and the sparkling water. Your drink is ready.
- Superfood hot chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
- ½ cup of filtered water
- 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 3 crushed cardamom pods
- ½ teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick or ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- a pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
Heat the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, sea salt, cardamom, water and coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer the mixture over low heat for about 10 minutes, afterwards remove it from heat and add the vanilla extract and raw cacao. Stir to combine the ingredients, then strain the liquid and add honey.
- Turmeric coffee
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of strong coffee
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 3/8 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter (grass-fed)
- ½ teaspoon of coconut oil
- raw honey (optional)
Preparation:
Brew the coffee along with the cinnamon and turmeric and then leave it cool a little. Transfer it in a blender and blend it with the butter, honey and coconut oil until you create a smooth mixture.
- Turmeric chai
Tea Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ cups of water
- 6 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 4 black tea bags
- 1 ½ teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon of ground coriander
- small pinch of black pepper
The Latte Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ cups of water
- 6 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 4 black tea bags
- 1 ½ teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- teaspoon of ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon of ground coriander

Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients for the tea without the tea bags and the vanilla and put them in a small saucepan. Boil them and remove from heat, then add the tea bags and the vanilla. Steep for 10 minutes, strain the liquid and put it in a sealable container. You can store it like this for 7 days in the fridge.
To prepare the latte whish the coconut sugar, the turmeric and coconut milk in a small saucepan and heat them until they start boiling. Remove from heat and prepare milk foam with an immersion blender. Combine the milk mixture with ¼ cup of the tea, stir and add some cinnamon.
- Turmeric Kombucha
You can make kombucha even healthier if you add some turmeric to it.
Ingredients:
- 1-gallon glass jar with tight lid
- 1 gallon of homebrewed kombucha
- ½ green apple cut like matchsticks
- 2 teaspoons of grated fresh turmeric
- 2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger
Preparation:
Put the fresh Kombucha in the jar and leave a few inches of space. Put all the other ingredients and keep the jar in a dark place for 3-5 days. Don’t forget to open the jar every day for a few seconds to enable fermentation gas build-up. Once the brew starts to taste fizzy remove the apple pieces and put the jar in the fridge. You should consume the mixture within 2-3 weeks.
- Turmeric tonic
This drink is rich in electrolytes which will hydrate the body very efficiently.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of coconut water
- ½ cup of fresh ginger slices
- 1 lime cut into quarters
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon of cardamom
- cayenne pepper

Put all the ingredients in a glass jar, close it and shake well. Keep the jar in the fridge overnight and consume in the morning.
- Turmeric lemon tea

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of coconut or olive oil (optional)

Take a glass of water, put all the ingredients and drink it.
- Turmeric tea
This tea is excellent for the cold winter days.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger root
- 1-2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- a pinch of nutmeg powder
- a pinch of clove powder
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- coconut milk (optional)
- raw honey (optional)
Preparation:

- 1 cup of frozen mango

- 2 cups of coconut or homemade nut milk
