6 lemons
20 oz. of water
By your choice use honey if you want to sweeten the drink
Preparation:
Add 20 oz. of water and sliced lemons in a pot. Wait for the water to boil and leave it for another 3 minutes to boil. Turn off the heat and leave the pot to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove the lemons and strain it from the pulp. Pour the hot water in a tea-cup and enjoy the drink. The rest of the water pours it in a glass bottle and drink it later.
By your choice you can sweeten the water with some organic honey.
