The following diet plan should be followed for 3 days and during this period you should eat at the right time and as you are advised. It is very important to follow the guidelines of this military diet if you want to get positive results. No item from this diet plan should be removed or replaced. What is most important is that you have to be dedicated and persistent during these 3 days. After that you should eat normally for at least four days and after that you can start the military diet again if you want to. Just make sure that you also perform physical exercise in order to get faster and better results.
Day 1
Breakfast:
- ½ grapefruit
- 1 slice of toast (preferably whole wheat)
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 cup of coffee or caffeine tea
Lunch:
- ½ cup of tuna
- 1 slice of toast (preferably whole wheat)
- 1 cup of coffee or caffeine tea
Dinner:
- 3 ounces of any meat of your choice
- 1 cup of green beans
- ½ banana
- 1 small apple
- 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 2
Breakfast:
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of toast (preferably whole wheat)
- ½ banana
Lunch:
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 hardboiled egg
- 5 saltine crackers
Dinner:
- 2 hot dogs (without the bun)
- ½ cup of carrots
- 1 cup of broccoli
- ½ banana
- ½ cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 3
Breakfast:
- 5 saltine crackers
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 small apple
Lunch:
- 1 hardboiled egg (or cooked any way that you prefer)
- 1 slice of toast (preferably whole wheat)
Dinner:
- 1 cup of tuna
- ½ banana
- 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Remember to drink lots of water every day. This diet plan will help you lose weight, remove toxins, enhance your complexion, increase libido, boost energy levels and increase your libido.
